Support our mission by contributing a donation. Our San Gabriel Valley Community Land Trust (SGV CLT) is committed to keeping land available to residents across the San Gabriel Valley at low cost, in perpetuity.

Our SGV CLT is working to preserve housing and prevent displacement by holding land and giving control and decision-making back to the community, especially when it comes to land use policies.

Of the many affordable housing solutions out there, community land trusts (CLT’S), are one such approach. Because all CLT’s are local-only, each CLT is managed independently and organized by the community.

Your donation will help the SGV CLT, a community-led nonprofit, fight gentrification and rising housing costs in the San Gabriel Valley.
